NASA and Google will present a major Space Act Agreement today. It's not sure what this will be but it could be a new addition to Google Earth:
It can't be a coincidence that New Scientist speaks of a new addition to Google Earth called "iEarth" that lets you choose a spot anywhere on the planet to get interesting measurements. This product is set to be available to the public in April according to them.

Choosing a spot on the planet's surface will prompt iEarth to display ground-based measurements for that location, as well as data relating to the atmosphere and space above it.
