ATI R600 to be end of Q1 launch?

The Inq got confirmation that the ATI R600 is delayed and may not even make it for the late February launch date.
AMD simply won’t let ATI release the new chip without being able to ship it in volumes, our sources claim. That is the whole story and end of Q1 is the targeted date now.

It begins to look more like a Cebit or around Cebit launch but we suggest the PR announcement might be even before that date. R600 is a 512Mbit chip at 80 nanometre. That is the whole conspiracy story.
