Apple iPhone still needs to get FCC approval

The Inq noticed something on the Apple iPhone website. It looks like the phone still needs to go through the FCC's approval process:
"This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained."
Besides getting approved by the FCC, Apple still needs to solve the iPhone trademark problem.
