The Inq
heard the AMD R600 GPU will still use an air cooler. The company has been experimenting with air-water cooler hybrids but decided to stick with air cooling for the stock version of the R600.
The air-water hybrids would be more efficient at cooling, and include a small pump on the graphics card's heatsink.
The R600 GPU will likely be launched at CeBIT in Hannover in March.
