Sharp launched a new electronic dictionary in Japan, the Sharp Papyrus PW-GT550.

This device features a second display with touch input.

Users can use the touchscreen to write Chinese with a stylus and the device automatically translates it. The PW-GT550 has several learning modes and also features speech, so it can read the translations to you.

The price in Japan is 56,700 Yen, which is about $467 with the current currency exchange rates.

Pretty nice but still way too expensive IMO.
