Four Radeon X2800 cards detailed

The Inq published an overview of the four upcoming Raedon X2800 (R600) graphics cards:
  • The Radeon X2800 XTX. The OEM version of this card measures 12.4-inch and has 1024MB memory. This card uses 270W.
  • The retail Radeon X2800 XTX is about 9.5 inches long and consumes 240W, it has the same clockspeeds and also 1024MB memory.
  • The third card is the lower-clocked Radeon X2800. It has 512MB GDDR3 memory and will be 9.5-inches long. This card also consumes 240W and it needs two motherboard slots. Availability is expected in April.
  • A lower-clocked R600 codenamed UFO. This one has 512MB GDDR3 memory, dual DVI and TV out but no Vivo. It's 9-inches long and uses two PCI slots. The power consumption of this card is 180W and it's expected in April.
  • A fifth version with higher clockspeeds and watercooling may also follow.
