ATI Radeon X2600XT and X2300 details

Some more details about the 65nm RV610 and RV630 GPUs from AMD has appeared on the web.

Radeon X2600:
  • RV630 will be launched as Radeon X2600 XT and PRO
  • Radeon X2600XT version clocked at 650MHz core and 1600MHz 256MB GDDR3 memory, 64 shaders. It has a 128-bit memory interface and costs $199.
  • Radeon X2600PRO is clocked at 550MHz with 1400MHz GDDR3 memory and a 128-bit memory interface. The card also has 64 shaders and is priced close to $149
  • Radeon X2300:
  • Radeon X2300XT is clocked at 650MHz with 1400MHz GDDR3 memory. Has 128-bit memory controller, 32 shaders and a $99 price tag.
  • Radeon X2300PRO is priced at $69. For this you get a 500MHz chip with 1400MHz 128MB GDDR3 memory and 32 shader units. A 256MB version will also be available for $79.
  • Radeon X2300LE will be clocked at 500MHz with 128MB 128-bit 800MHz GDDR2 memory. It has 32 shader units and will sell for $59.
