According to Chinese newspapers Intel and VIA are in negotiations over patent aspects of Intel's Pentium 4 chipsets which are set to expire in April:
VIA is negotiating with Intel to continue the agreement, according to the Chinese-language Apple Daily. Though there is no solid resolution yet, both companies will have more meetings before April to reach an agreement, noted the paper.
