AMD Zone informs us that AMD has quietly licensed ZRAM gen 2. Theyhave a statement from AMD about this, and they of course ask if Barcelona will include the technology.

They have also learned of news from Black Hat DC that a new concept rootkit has been developed that utilizes AMD’s direct memory access to hide itself from most if not all rootkit detectors. This is not yet in the wild, but is a concept. More info about this over here.
