SilverStone debuts modular 750W PSU

Posted on Friday, March 02 2007 @ 01:07:19 CET by

SilverStone debuts a new 750W modular power supply. The Decathlon SST-DA750 comes with a 100% modular cable management, a silent running 120mm fan tuned to perfection and a powerful single +12V rail (up to 60A alone) with very low ripple noise, making it an allrounder for the enthusiast and normal user who like to overclock his system or put as many devices as possible into a system without getting problems with too low Ampere at a +12V rail, or simply looking for a future-proof and reliable PSU.

Here follow the main features of the Decathlon Series:
  • Class-leading single +12V rail with 60A!
  • 100% modular cables for maximum flexibility
  • Max output up to 750W even at 50°C operation temperature
  • Low resistance of capacitors, very low and stable ripple noise at high operating temperatures
  • Four PCI-E 6pin connectors support NVIDIA SLI / ATi Crossfire
  • New PCI-E 8pin connector for support of upcoming ATI R600 series
  • Over 80% Efficiency at 50%~100% Loading
  • The SST-DA750 will be available for 150EUR (without VAT).
