Tolkien's Middle-earth presents a stark contrast between good and evil without much moral ambiguity. The Free Peoples (Men, Elves, Dwarves and Hobbits) are intrinsically good, though all (save Elves) may be corrupted by darkness. Sauron's minions such as the Orcs, Goblins, Spiders and Worgs are intrinsically bad. The result is that meaningful PvP combat between members of the Free Peoples just doesn't fit the setting. Elves simply do not kill Elves and Dwarves do not kill Hobbits in Tolkien's world.Check it out over here.
