NVIDIA G100 GPU planned for Q1 2008

Posted on Tuesday, March 13 2007 @ 17:36:45 CET by

NVIDIA is developing two new high-end GPUs.

The first one is the G90 which is just a shrinked version of the current GeForce 8800 with some higher clockspeeds.

The second part is the G100, few is known about this chip except that it will likely arrive in the first quarter of next year and that it will compete with AMD's R700.
