Swish New Website, Same Shoddy Service?

In the age where every other website is an online retailer, you'd think that companies would be battling for your business by offering great deals coupled with great after-sales service. However, this doesn't seem to be the case for one online shop, which despite it's new swish new website seems to still be stuck in its old ways.
