Google's new mobile search tested

ARS Technica takes a look at Google's new mobile search:
Google has been focusing a lot on the mobile experience lately, tirelessly working on improving its users' search experiences via that tiny screen. Today, the company announced on its blog that their new and improved mobile search is now available to the public after several weeks of private testing. The new mobile search aims to take into account differences in search habits between average Google users at a computer and Google users on a cell phone. Being an addict of mobile search myself, I spent some time playing with it this morning to see how it all stacks up..
