DDR3 to arrive in 1066MHz and 1333MHz

The first DDR3 memory modules are expected in late May or early June and they will arrive in 1066MHz and 1333MHz varieties, FUD Zilla reports:
Intel wont be introducing its P35 chipset officially until the 4th of July, even though you've seen our review here of the same baby.

We are still working hard to get DDR3 samples, but even the big guys such as Kingston don’t have samples yet, not to mention the smaller fishes. This is supposed to change by the end of the May.
The prices of DDR3 memory aren't known yet but it's expected that they will initially be much more expensive than DDR2 modules.
