Sony PS3 - new bundle instead of price cut in Europe

Sony announced that a price cut for the European PlayStation 3 console isn't planned yet.

Instead, Sony will launch a new starter pack in Europe which will include two video games and an extra SIXAXIS controller. Consumers will be able to choose between the following games: Resistance: Fall of Man, MotorStorm, Genji: Days of the Blade, Formula One Championship Edition and Ridge Racer 7.

Sony also said that the new 80GB PS3 which it announced in the U.S. won't arrive in Europe anytime soon.
