SiS desktop chipset roadmap

OC Workbench has information about five upcoming chipsets from SiS for the Intel platform:
In the single chipset performance sector, there is 680SCD, it supports CoreTM2 QuadFSB1333, DDR2-1066/800, 1 PCI-ex16 , 4 PCIex1, 10 USB2.0, 4 eSATA2, HD_A,GbMAC, SPI.

There is also a 680SCE and 680SCH, both have very similar specs and supports HDMI/HDCP. The 680SCP and 680SCL are scaled down version of the 680SCE with DVI(TMDS) integrated. The 680SCL only supports up to DDR2-800. All the 5 chipsets support SiS MirageTM4 Graphics.

Currently, SiS's discrete chipset is 671DX. It supports CoreTM2 QuadFSB 1066HST, DDR2-667, PCI-Expressx16 w/ SiS968. In 2008, SiS will launch SiS 665 and support CoreTM2 Quad HST, Dual C DDR3-1333/DDR2-1066/800,1 PCI-Express x16 w/ SiS969.

In the mainstream, there is 673FX and it supports CoreTM2 QuadFSB1333,HST, D.DDR3-1333/DDR2-1066, SiS MirageTM4 (DX10) GraphicsSiS Advance Real Video TechnologyPCI-Expressx16/HDV Link w/ SiS969.

In the value segment, there will be SIS 673. SiS673 supports CoreTM2 QuadFSB1066,D.DDR3-1066/DDR2-800, SiS MirageTM4 (DX10) GraphicsSiS Advance Real Video Technology (H.264/VC1)PCI-Expressx16 w/ SiS/969.
