Mobile Pentium 4 to get revised CPU package

A while back we reported of Pentium 4s getting a revised processor package. Now we are sure that also the Mobile Pentium 4 with 533MHz FSB and Hyper-Threading will get the revised package.

The two different packages will be cross-shipped under the same specifications: Both have the same die (D-1 stepping), the same CPUID (0F29H) and the same electrical and thermal specification.

Products that will get this revised package are the Mobile Pentium 4 2.66GHz, 2.80GHz, 3.06GHz and 3.20GHz
