Here's some more ATI news. FUD Zilla says ATI is working on two new 55nm GPUs: the RV635 and RV620.

The mainstream RV635 will replace the RV630, while the entry-level RV620 will replace the RV615.
Both chips should be available in a February timeframe and we also heard a rumor about a possible R680 chip, but we don’t know much about it. ATI plays too much with its current codenames and we’ve seen roadmaps with R670 and R680 before.

The new 55 nanometre chips will have even better power consumption and a higher clock.
