Patriot Xporter XT Boost flash drives released

Memory maker Patriot has new Xporter XT Boost flash drives which feature a read speed of up to 133x (about 23MB/s).

These drives ship in a rubber enclosure which will protect them against water.

The Xporter XT Boost ships in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities and just like most new flash drives it features support for Windows Vista's ReadyBoost. Not that this really matters that much as the performance boost of ReadyBoost is minimal.
