NVIDIA G92 to be launched as GeForce 8700 GTS?

VR Zone heard from one of their sources that the NVIDIA G92 GPU will most likely be launched as the GeForce 8700 GTS.

The G92 will be a 65nm mainstream GPU with a 256-bit memory bus. According to the site the GeFore 8700 GTS reference card uses a 8-layer PCB with 512MB GDDR3 memory clocked between 900MHz and 1000MHz.

The frequency of the G92 GPU isn't known yet.
