HP iPAQ 600 and 900 WM6 phones

HP introduces its iPAQ 600 and 900 series phones which use Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.

The iPAQ 600 smartphones have a 2.8" touchscreen, 520MHz Marvell PXA270 CPU, 128MB RAM, 256MB RAM, a 3 megapixel digital camera with auto-focus, GPS and WiFi. It uses a regular keypad but does feature some kind of scroll wheel.

The 900 series features similar specifications but has a QWERTY keyboard and only a 2.46" display.
