OCWorkbench claims the NVIDIA G92 and G98 GPUs will feature integrated audio controllers:
For those who wishes to use it to interconnect to a LCD TV using HDMI, you will have to patch a cable from your audio card to the SPDIF in on the graphics card as seen on our Chaintech 8500GT review.

In November, NVIDIA will introduce G92 and G98, these cards will come with an integrated audio within the graphics card, that would allow users to channel the audio directly from the DVI-HDMI port without the need of messy cabling.
