Intel Yorkfield - first performance figures

Intel presented some performance figures of the upcoming 3GHz Yorkfield processors - they compared the CPU to the current Core 2 Quad 1333MHz FSB at the same clockspeed:
In Photoshop CS3 will give you seven percent speed increase, Cinebench 10 will give you eight percent, Adobe Aftereffects CS3 gains 10 percent and half Life lost cost will be 13 percent of the speed.

In Intel optimised Divx 6.61 with Virtual dub Intel claims that its SSE 4.1 that is th part of the 45 Penryn core combined with 12 MB cache can run up to 63 percent faster.
Yorkfield will be launched on November 12th.
