NesteQ unveiled a new power supply series this week, the E²CS series. The units are available from 400W to 700W and according to the firm they all have an efficiency of 86% and a low-noise 135mm fan.

Some of the special features:
  • A user can connect the cable parts up to the desired length, and can find the right connector that he needs from connector options.

  • A user can feel free to combine the cables and connectors in accordant with his facilities. You can make it as short as possible, and finally set yourself free from the old tangled cables. This brand new patented power supply unit fits in almost all configurations, and leaves really high flexibility.

  • Another unique feature of E2CS series is the so-called ECCD(Ergonomic Cable Connection Design), with which this power supply unit conforms to almost all PC chassis. The cables are positioned out just close to the facilities. The cable management makes the cables themselves so neat in nice order inside the PC case that the installation task itself becomes easier and enjoyable.

  • With FM-Function, RPM (fan speed) of the embedded 13.5CM silent cooling fan can be monitored by the mainboard.
