Asus Eee PC display very fragile?

A Taiwanese user who bought one of the first Asus Eee PCs last week found out first hand that the LCD display of the Eee is quite fragile.

After using it for a couple of days the display of his notebook cracked.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Typical Asus as of late, they used to be a good manufacturer.
