More info about AMD tri-core CPUs - ships in March 2008

Some more information about AMD's upcoming tri-core processors was published at DigiTimes.

By the end of March 2008 we can expect the first tri-core Toliman processors. These 65nm chips will support AM2+ motherboards and they will feature HyperTransport 3.0 and 2MB L3 cache.

In the first half of 2009 the next-generation of 45nm tri-core processors will be launched. These CPUs will use Socket AM3 and will support HyperTransport 3.0 and DDR2/DDR3 memory.
