GeForce 8800 GT vs GeForce 8800 GTS

VR Zone published a test report in which they compare the GeForce 8800 GTS with the new GeForce 8800 GT. Check it out over here.

One of the first things the guy mentions is the lower power consumption. In idle the system uses about 27W less and in load 32W less than the GeForce 8800 GTS.

Next he shows some 3DMark06 screenshots. The GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB scores 8666 while the GeForce 8800 GT 512MB scores 10530!

Looks pretty good.
