Mushkin XP2-6400 4-4-4 DDR2 launched

Mushkin unveiled new XP2-6400 memory with 4-4-4-12 timings.

The XP2-6400 4-4-4 modules are available in 2GB single DIMMs (991580 2GB 4-4-4-12 2.0-2.1V) and 4GB dual-channel kits (996580 2x2GB 4-4-4-12 2.0-2.1V).

The XP2-6400 4-4-4 parts are immediately available through the Mushkin.com web store and authorized resellers and distributors. Every module is hand-tested beyond its rated specification for superior reliability and overclockability.
