Optimus Maximus keyboard shown in public

Yesterday Art Lebedev showed off a working prototype of their Optimus Maximus keyboard at the opening of their shop in Moscow. That should take away the fears that this product is nothing more than a piece of vaporware.

All OLEDs on the keyboard worked and were showing a picture of a dog - perhaps the driver support for the keyboard isn't finished yet.

The first Optimus Maximus keyboards should arrive in December but they're definitely not for everyone as they cost about $1,490.
