Alienware is the first to unveil a system with Intel's new 45nm QX9650 processor. The Area-51 ALX CF starts at a huge $5,499 but features some very fast hardware.

The system features a Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 processor overclocked from 3GHz to 4GHz along with ATI's new Radeon HD 3870 in CrossFire. The system can be shipped with up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, up to four 160GB to 1TB HDDs with RAID 0 or 1, a 1000W PSU, a DVD burner, optional Blu-ray burner, optional 28-in-1 memory card reader, ...

Pretty nice but only for the very rich gamers.
