Abit officially confirmed the collaboration with ATi today. Abit plans to add ATi his high-end and performance-mainstream products into its roadmap, and they are also preparing a lot of next-gen graphics cards including PCI Express ones.
“By collaborating with ATI, ABIT users will be able to experience ABIT Engineered ATI graphics cards. Over the next few weeks, ABIT will add RADEON 9600 XT and RADEON 9800 XT cards to its VGA card lineup. ABIT is preparing for the next-generation of graphics technologies, including PCI-Express,” an ABIT’s spokesperson said.

According to unofficial information available now, ABIT is likely to roll-out Powered by ATI products with the firm’s own Outside Thermal Exhaust System that ensures higher overclocking potential, but is considered as a bit noisy by reviewers.
