AMD RV635 coming in February 2008

AMD is planning to release two new RV635 GPUs in February, DigiTimes reports.

There's the RV635 XT which is clocked at 800MHz with 256MB GDDR3 memory and then there's also the RV635 Pro which is clocked at 600MHz with 512MB GDDR2 memory. Both models have a 128-bit memory bus.

AMD's partners will receive samples of the RV635 Pro later this month.
