ATI RV620 and RV635 to be launched in Q1 2008

FUD Zilla reports ATI's 55nm RV620 and RV635 GPUs are almost ready:

ATI will go for the quiet transition and obviously both RV620 and RV635 will be cheaper, smaller and will have lower heat dissipation. OEM’s will definitely embrace these chips and we are sure that you can expect a mobile version of them.

Nvidia still has to launch its first 65 nanometre entry level and even when that happens, ATI will be a step forward with its smaller and cooler chips.
