Memory maker GeIL unveiled a new DDR2 memory series, the Black Dragon Evo.

These modules feature a big cooling solution with integrated heatpipes. There are PC2 6400 and 8500 modules and you can get them in capacities from 2GB to 8GB.
The heatsinks look similar to some featured in images leaked this summer and are composed of a clever combination of aluminum heatspreaders and copper heatpipes and fins.

Wrapped up tight in the Maximized Thermal & Conduction Dissipation (MTCD) heatsink are 8-layered PCBs equipped with FBGA DDR2 IC chips. The Evo One memory series includes 12 (twelve) kits - 2, 4 and 8GB certified to work at 800 MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings or 1066 MHz with 5-5-5-15 timings. Every kits comes with a lifetime warranty.
