AMD quad-core Opteron TDP higher than expected

Dutch hardware site Tweakers found a document on AMD's website that indicates that the new quad-core Opteron processors have a higher power consumption than expected.

Old documentation indicated the Opteron series would use 68W, 95W or 120W but the new document talks about TDPs of 79W, 115W and 137W.

However, while the TDP of the processors has been raised the ACP remains the same. This seems to indicate the power consumption may only be higher in very specific applications.
