FUD Zilla writes the first AMD Phenom B3 chips without the TLB errata will sample next week. Rumour has it that these chips will easily reach 2.6GHz and enable higher clockspeeds in the future. Once the samples are ready it will still take a while before the chips will end up in retail stores, it's estimated that B3 revision Phenoms will be available in mid-to-mate Q1 2008.
We believe that AMD messed up big time making a big deal of this errata as every single processor that was out has some sort of errata and bugs.

The most interesting parts is that Core 2 technology has about 120 listed bugs and no one, including me, complains or cares about it. Phenom B3 revision will be errata free and it will be ready for a volume production in Q1 2008. Once this is out the situation will tend to get better for AMD.
