Volari Gamers has a few comments on an article written by The Inquirer regarding the new XG45 chipset.
The tapeout of the XG45 chip is not planned in March they say, but somewhere in Q3 of this year. Also they say it is "a brand new architecture", and not just an updated V8 with Pixel/Vertex Shaders 3.0 added. Dual GPU is also a feature of the XG45.
