FUD Zilla claims Sapphire will release a Radeon HD 3870 "Atomic Edition" graphics card with a single-slot cooling solution:
The new cooler will be more efficient than ATI’s reference fan and it will be able to cool the overclocked Radeon 3870 card.

The VCT acronym stands for Vapor Chamber Technology and we will tell you more about it once we get the card.
The card will be presented at CES in early January.
