NVIDIA seems to be speeding up the development of its low-end and mid-range graphics cards. Nordic Hardware says the green graphics giant is pulling its D9P forward to February 14.

This card will be called GeForce 9600 GT, this 65nm part will replace the GeForce 8600 series and will feature 64 shaders, a 500MHZ core, 256-bit memory interface and 512MB memory.

The lower-end D9M-based graphics cards are expected shortly afterward.
