Sharkoon has released a new case for gamers and computer enthusiasts: the Rebel 12. This case fits ATX and E-ATX motherboards and has plenty of room.
The Sharkoon Rebel12 comes with one external 3.5" and eleven 5.25" drive bays for media drives, hard drives and other expansion devices. Inside the case are room for an ATX or E-ATX mainboard, seven expansion cards and, using the two included hard drive cages, up to six 3.5" hard drives. The power supply is placed directly above the two hard drive cages, so that there is room for even the longest of PSU models. Optical drives, hard drives and expansion cards are all installed using a quick and secure screwless design. For water cooling fans Sharkoon provides two openings for cooling tubes on the back panel. On the front panel next to the power and reset buttons are four, vertically placed USB ports, headphone and microphone jacks and power and hard drive activity LEDs. Each mesh drive bay bezel is protected by a filter to keep dust out of the system. The Sharkoon Rebel12 measures 215 x 535 x 540 mm (W x H x D).

Sharkoon offers the Rebel12 in two configurations: the Economy edition comes without preinstalled fans, but offers expansion room for a 140 mm fan in both the front and back panels as well as two 120 mm and two 80 mm fans in the side panel. The Value edition includes a very effective 250 mm LED fan in the side panel as well as a 140 mm fan in the front panel (space for two extra 80 mm fans in the side panel and a 140 mm fan in the rear panel is available). Both models are available in black and silver. Included with each case are assembly materials and a manual.
The Economy edition is priced at 79EUR and the Value edition costs 89EUR.
