Kingmax shows off 2000MHz DDR3

Kingmax was showing off a new 2000MHz DDR3 memory module at CES 2008.

This module runs at 9-9-9-24 timings and needs a voltage of 2.15V. Pricing is unknown but the modules should be available soon.
