Samsung SyncMaster 25.5-inch 2693HM and 24-inch 2493HM LCD displays

Samsung released two new LCD displays: the 24" SyncMaster 2493HM and the 25.5" SyncMaster 2693HM. Both displays support 1080p HD video with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and have a four-way adjustable stand, providing for height, swivel, tilt and pivot capabilities.

Both displays feature a 5ms gray-to-gray response time, the 2493HM has a 10,000:1 "dynamic contrast ratio" and the 2693HM has a dynamic contrast ratio of 3,000:1.

The 2493HM monitor is currently available for an MSRP of $599, while the 2693HM monitor is available for $699 MSRP.
