Foxconn unveiled a new micro ATX motherboard that uses the AMD RS780 chipset. OCWorkbench has some info about the Foxcon A7GM-S motherboard:
Foxconn A7GM-S is a MATX format RS780 mainboard, support AM2 and AM2+ Processor, DDR2 Memory, and Integrated HD3200 (DX10) graphic core. However, it wont have a 64/128MB 32bit Side Memory for it. Maybe performance will get littlebit down. But it can reduce costs of mainboard. On the I/O Panel, there are DVI, VGA and HDMI port for user select.

Foxconn A7GM-S has a lot of expansion slot, like PCI-E X16, PCI-E X1, PCI, SATA 2 (total 6), IDE, FDD. Moreover, A7GM-S support GBLan (RTL8111B) and HDAudio(ALC888)!>/i>
