HardOCP published a list of the GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB's specifications:

Core Clock: 675MHz
Shader Clock: 1688MHz
Memory Clock: 1100MHz
Memory Buffer: 512MB GDDR3
Memory Interface: 256-bit
Outputs: 2 X Dual-Link DVI & HDTV
HD 1080p display support & HDCP
PCIe 2.0

This card will be released on March 25.
