Apple rolls out Safara 3.1

Apple has released its Safari 3.1 browser for the PC and Mac today.

The browser now supports HTML 5's new audio and video tags as well as CSS Animations. Apple claims Safari 3.1 is 1.9x faster than IE7, 1.7x faster than Firefox 2 and that Safari runs JavaScript six times faster than other browsers.
