Intel Nehalem slides

Here are a couple of slides that were presented yesterday by Pat Gelsinger from Intel at a press briefing about their upcoming processor architecture. This is just a small selection of what Intel is planning for desktop processors, much more info about their other plans can be read in this whitepaper and more slides can be found in this PDF file.















The last slide is about a new instruction set that will be found on the 32nm Sandy Bridge processors:
