Palit introduced a new GeForce 9600 GT graphics card with 1024MB of memory. Nice for marketing reasons but overkill as the card isn't fast enough to take advantage of 1GB memory.
Being the first company to release graphics solutions with 1024MB on board memory, Palit once again takes the lead to be the first to announce GeForce 9600GT 1GB Sonic with 1024MB king size memory and astonishing pre-overclocked memory and core speed.

Continuing the Sonic brand’s reputation for overclocked performance, Palit further enlarge the memory size of GeForce 9600GT to 1024MB and presents Palit GeForce 9600GT 1GB Sonic, which features a 1GB framebuffer with stunning 700MHz core speed, 2000MHz GDDR3 memory will not only save the users from memory capacity bottleneck but also provides the astonishing gaming and home entertaining experience.
