"ATI to launch Radeon 9550 on European markets"

The Inquirer reports that soon a Radeon 9550 will find its way to the European market. Reason for this would be critic from ATI partners because the Radeon 9200 isn't able to compete well against the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200.

It might even be sold in the North American market. The chip is most likely clocked at 250MHz and the memory at 400MHz. Price is somewhere between 100€/$ or even as less as $80.
It's still not clear when ATI will formally introduce those cards but we believe that it won't be long until you see them on shelves. ATI simply has to have a go at Nvidia's 70+ per cent market share in this segment.
