Akihabare News published 80 pictures of Willcom's new D4 WSO16SH handheld device and they say it's a pretty impressive unit:
Finally we're back, and GOOD Lord this new Atom powered device is impressive! Stunning design, stunning size (84x188x25.9mm), stunning weight (470g), stunning screen (5” with a 1024x600 resolution and LED backlight), but average performance.

Powered by a 1.33GHz Atom Z520 with 1GB of RAM, the D4's performance with Windows Vista is quite… unimpressive… We're pretty sure that it would be much faster with XP. To give you a better idea how quick it is, compare it to a VAIO UX 72... Nice, but could be better.

Our D4 has an external Bluetooth phone which allows you to place calls (PHS) or use Skype.

The D4 will be released in Japan within two months.
